To strengthen the PPDS team in DACH Philips is looking for a Key Account Manager for Philips Digital Signage Displays in Bavaria & Austria (m/w/d – Home Based)

Purpose Of The Position
As Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the results and growth targets of Philips professional display solutions with Second Tier customers (IT / AV System Integrators) in South Germany (Bavaria region) and Austria. Your product portfolio include Philips branded Digital Signage products and LED displays. You will be the interface between the resellers/system integrators and internal functions, such as Operations, Marketing, Service and the Channel Manager who is responsible for the distributors. You will report to the Business Director Philips Professional Displays Solutions DACH and you will work remotely while travelling to your clients and will be working from home office. The German office is based in Hamburg.

Responsibility
> Build and foster relationships with key accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction with these accounts (existing + new resellers/ system-integrators)
> Responsible for sales, margin, wallet share and growth with assigned accounts
> Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
> Coordinate the involvement of PPDS departments, including technical customer support, service, marketing, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
> Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
> Build an in-depth understanding of the customers and define account strategies that drive profitable growth
> Proactively lead a conjoint account planning that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
> Operationally manage the execution of actions of the account plans
> Align local marketing activities with key accounts and PPDS Marketing towards end-customers
> Collaborate effectively with partners, alliances and stakeholders in the eco system (software, hardware and solution partners)
> Monthly sales forecasting and opportunity/project reporting
> Work closely with the Channel Manager Distribution and peer Sales Managers in Germany/Austria
> Represent PPDS at Trade Shows, Conferences and Events
> Systematically analyze sales results, customers, competition, products, market trends to make proposals for improvement
> Ensure all required sales information is documented and maintained (salesforce.com)
